It is our vision to promote equal access to educational opportunity for ALL students and especially students in designated restructuring schools.  All Re:Learning consultants are formally trained in the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol, a national, scientifically based, comprehensively researched project through the Center for Research on Education, Diversity, & Excellence and the Center for Applied Linguistics.
